Our E-Commerce Starter packages is a simple product based sales website. Products are listed in categories and sub-categories. Users can then add items to their basket and build-up their order. Delivery is then calculated and the customer information collected. The user is then sent to one of the supported payment services for Card Payment. Once we receive notification of a successful order our system will notify you of the new order. You can then log-in to the Retailer Control panel to review the details of the order.

This package is intended to offer a low cost basic e-commerce solution for business looking to start selling online. The standard setup has a range of basic e-commerce features. If you required a more complex solution or have specific requirements then please contact us and our staff will produce a custom solution to meet your needs.

About our Website Packages

Each website is built by our programmers using the content provided by the client. Using the selected design and content our web designers will produce a provisional design proposal. Once accepted we will produce a development website using the latest HTML and CSS standards. If you chose an add-on option that uses one of our web services, either Content Xpress or Security-Payment, then this will be added to your site. You will then be asked to review the website and submit any changes. Once these have been made and you are happy the website will be turned live so that the public can gain access.

Taking Card Payments

In order to accept card payments in addition to our web cart add-on you will need an account with an approved payment service. These services are separate to 3 Legs Ltd and have their own signup procedures. We recommend that once you place your order that you signup with such as service.

Maintenance & Updates

If you have some of our CMS modules then you can use these to update the respective parts of your website. Other updates are carried out by our staff. You can submit updates by email which will then be carried out within 3 working days. Updates are charged at our standard hourly rate in 15 minute units.

Promoting your website

Each website built is search engine friendly and submitted to the major search engines. Any other promoting of the website is then the responsibility of the client.
